Equipment used

We use cutting edge equipment to provide our clients with a superior service, and invest in all available equipment appropriate for each job. We have Ozone and Hydroxyl generators to remove odor and combat harmful pathogens. We use low vapor, high pressure steam equipment to clean and disinfect surfaces. We can establish negative air-pressure zones with our HEPA air scrubbers to ensure that potentially contaminated areas are contained until decontamination is complete. We also use compressed air sprayers, ULV and electrostatic spray equipment to apply EPA registered disinfectants. At the end of a job, we quantify cleanliness with luminometers that measure trace organic matter on surfaces. Additionally, we are always reviewing new products to find increasingly effective measures to protect our clients.

Cost of Service

In many cases homeowners and business policies cover our disinfection services, and the client is only responsible for the deductible. We can help determine the extent of your coverage, and handle the claim directly with your insurance company from start to finish.

In cases where this is no client insurance coverage, we can still help you manage payments. In some cases, we can work out a payment plan directly with you. We can also try to find a victim’s advocate center that may provide some reimbursement for services. If there is no insurance, or the deductible is greater than the cost of our service, we will provide you with an estimate before any work begins. This estimate will include a low and high projection of the total project cost.
